We leave Cedar Point and explore nearby Sandusky, starting at the Pipe Creek Wildlife Area, followed by Battery Park (left), which features a large marina. We stop for lunch at Damon’s Grill & Sports Bar, which is on the water in Battery Park. We then make a stop at Lions Park on the western outskirts of Sandusky. From there we head to Bayview, where our lodging choice for the night is Driftwood Cottages. We then go to Terry’s Tavern for Happy Hour and dinner.
